Five tips for Skin Care in the summer.
There are some basic Skin care tips applied through summer and winter. Our International Medical Director Dr. Badie Idris some recommendations for summer are:
- Cleanse your Skin morning and night with the best whitening face wash.
- Use a good toner morning and night after cleanser.
- Use a good moisturizer with a vitamin C Serum morning and night.
- Use a good sunblock every two hours in the day.
- Keep yourself well hydrated, and drink a lot of water during the summer so the skin doesn’t become. It also helps flush out the toxins from your body and compensate for excessive sweating.
